/ Sharrow Projects is a design-oriented real estate development company focused on creating high-performance multifamily, single-family, and commercial environments. We operate within both urban and suburban settings to deliver projects that elevate the built environment while producing positive and sustainable enjoyment for its end-users.
VISION, LEADERSHIP, EXECUTION
/ The vision is to keep things simple- design, build & activate quality projects that better peoples' lives and the environment they are built in.
/ Sharrow Projects is led by Phil Sharrow, with over a decade of commercial real estate experience running high performing teams across deal execution, advisory and everything in between. In 2019, Sharrow founded SCOPE, a leading regional investment sales and finance advisory firm. Through Sharrow's leadership, SCOPE quickly became a market leader in the Mid-Atlantic's lower-middle market airspace, servicing private capital, high-net worth individuals, non-profit and for-profit institutions. Sharrow continues to serve on the leadership team at SCOPE, actively executing on the vision of the company and developing its people as it continuously grows through various market cycles.
Before founding SCOPE, Sharrow led a top performing advisory group at Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), advising private and institutional investors on acquisitions, dispositions, and capital strategies.
Sharrow's commitment and passion for the industry stems from a family of builders, artists, designers, and entrepreneurs.
/ An integral component to our execution is Sharrow Construction, an affiliate entity led by David Sharrow. We know execution is paramount in any project. However, even more-so in development and heavy value-add scenarios where variables including costs and timelines inherently increase, creating additional risk. Sharrow Projects puts immense focus on controlling these variables by integrating Sharrow Construction from start to finish.
Dave Sharrow, in addition to his land development expertise, brings over 20 years of construction expertise including but not limited to trade, supervision, and project level work. Prior to Sharrow Construction, Dave spent time in custom home building, production oriented home building for Toll Brothers, and urban infill multifamily and mixed-use building for Tester Construction Group.
Together, Sharrow Projects and Sharrow Construction operate to produce favorable results for the many stakeholders involved in taking a project from start to finish.
